I have just spent the last 45 minutes on two websites – who shall not be named but really OUGHT to be – trying to get service in my new place. Power and phone. BOTH websites were non-functional, requiring that I contact “live support” and then after another ten minutes or so of chatting sporadically with “live support” being told to “just call the 1-800 number”.
Clearly, there are employment opportunities in the field of web development.
I’m gonna roar again…
